We need help and support to achieve this and make our goals a reality. We would like to:

• Extend our activities in outreach programmes to cope with the explosion in the drugs culture, especially among young people
• Employ additional schools outreach workers to expand the Education Outreach Programme
• Provide in-house facilities for schools to transport pupils to the centre for workshops exposing them to the dangers of drugs
• Expand the Crisis & Support Line
• Provide a Day Centre Abstinence-Based Service
• Provide more counselling rooms and educational workshop areas
• Provide additional training resources and equipment

In the long term, Drugsline has far-reaching plans, including open satellite contact and counselling facilities in the Greater London area, a mobile roadshow/travel bus to promote its work around and beyond London and the provision of the first residential rehab facility in this country for addicts and their families, sensitive to the needs of all communities.
