Drugs help - What happens when I call?

You will speak to a fully trained Drugsline telephone counsellor, who will listen to your concerns about drug or alcohol use or addiction (whether this is your own use or if you are being affected by someone else using drugs or alcohol and their behaviour). We can give you confidential, non-judgmental support, information and help.

Your call is confidential and anonymous and you do not have to give us any information that you are not comfortable with.

Drugsline’s telephone counsellors can guide you through the options that may be available to you, and can also give you information about services in your area.

If you prefer to talk to someone face to face, this can also be arranged. (This service is currently available in North East London.)
